Our Mini Wedding Package

Sometimes good things come in small packages and that’s exactly what you’ll get with our Mini Wedding package! Small, intimate, and just right for you if you’d like to have up to 40 guests to your big day!
Available during the week at a special rate, and at weekends throughout the year.

What's included:
Arrive from 5pm the day before the wedding to 11am the day after. The package includes the following:
- Share your day with up to 40 guests
- Exclusive use of the Manor, 20 acres of grounds and 40 acres of woodland for 48 hours.
- Call our Manor House (sleeping 10 guests) your home for two nights
- Have our meadows for guest camping on the night of your wedding
- Choice of 9 different ceremony locations (4 outdoors and 5 indoors)
- Choose from two special reception areas - the Cowyard Barn or the Stables
- Hire any caterer to serve the food you really want (we can recommend!)
- Bespoke drinks options – choose from an extensive wine list and our staffed rustic pay bar in the Cowyard Barn stocked with a tempting range of local beer, lager, cider, wines and soft drinks (either open all day or just in the evening - it’s up to you!). You tell us whatever you want to serve your guests and we'll arrange it for you.
- 10 hours of our time to work with you and your suppliers in the lead up to your wedding.
- Tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception.
- Essential amenities such as parking, toilets, electricity, water, heating, waste disposal and recycling.
What's not included:
A caterer to provide your food (who would normally provide table linens, cutlery, crockery and glassware, and all the equipment to create their catering space in the kitchen area of the Cowyard Barn).
BOOKING PROCESS:
We will send you your paperwork in the post which will include our full terms and conditions for you to sign your agreement. We will request 50% of the hire as a non-refundable booking fee to secure your date. Return of signed terms and payment of 50% of the total hire fee within 7 days will secure your booking. We will then ask for a further 25% six months before your wedding, with the final 25% due one month before your wedding. All prices include VAT at 20%.
PLEASE NOTE: For all bookings we will also require an additional damages deposit to be paid one month prior to your wedding date of £1,000. This deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days of your wedding less any reductions if required for breakages, damage to the buildings or to the grounds, or excessive clean-up.
