What's included:
From 12pm the day before your wedding to 12pm the day after your wedding. The package includes:
- Exclusive use of the Manor, 20 acres of grounds and 40 acres of woodland for 48 hours.
- Choice of up to nine licensed ceremony locations (inc Ceremony Garden Summerhouse, Walled Garden, Cowyard Barn, Old Stables, and Drawing Room).
- The Cowyard Barn and its adjacent courtyard for your reception dinner for up to 100 guests.
- Use of our Marquee Garden to hire in a bespoke marquee for your reception dinner for up to 350 guests if required.
- The Stables function space which can be used as a chill out area, photo booth area, kids den, etc. It can also seat up to 32 guests if you wanted to have a dinner the night before your wedding.
- The Cowyard Barn for your evening reception with party disco lighting for up to 120 guests / Marquee Garden for up to 350 guests.
- Full drinks service with bespoke options – choose from a delicious range of cocktails, Pimms or Prosecco which we will serve after your ceremony, an extensive wine list for your table wines during dinner, and our staffed rustic bar in the Cowyard Barn stocked with a tempting range of local beer, lager, cider, wines and soft drinks open throughout your entire wedding day from an hour before your ceremony until midnight.
- Luxurious self-catering accommodation inside the Manor for up 10 guests across 5 bedrooms including the Art Deco bridal suite (four doubles and one twin), and 3 bathrooms, with cloak room, Drawing Room, Dining Room, kitchen and utility room for two nights – with the option to accommodate 8 more for an extra fee in our other on-site property Watergate.
- Two nights FREE camping in our river meadows below the Manor for you and all of your guests, with showers and toilets.
- 15 hours of our time to work with you and your chosen suppliers in the lead up to your wedding to help you organise your day – including time for you to revisit to plan your wedding, or just to bring family and friends.
- Full coordination of your wedding by our experienced team throughout your stay including set up the day before, on the day planning and coordination and next day clear up.
- A wide selection of catering partners who have created special fixed price off-the-shelf options for your daytime and evening food (prices starting from £32pp). Or choose your own caterer and go fully bespoke with them!
- Styling and decoration fixed price packages from our event hire supplier Out of the Ordinary Weddings for your ceremony and reception dinner – let them do all the work for you! (Prices start from £150 for a table of 8.)
- Tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception, and our full range of garden furniture with benches and tables and chairs – including two fire pit areas that we can light and maintain for you.
- Essential amenities such as parking, toilets for up to 150 guests, electricity, water, heating, waste collection and recycling.
BOOKING PROCESS:
We will send you your paperwork in the post which will include our full terms and conditions for youto sign your agreement. We will request 25% of the hire as a non-refundable booking fee to secure your date. Return of signed terms and payment of 25% of the total hire fee within 7 days will secure your booking. We will then ask for a further 25% one year before your wedding, then another 25% six months before your wedding, with the final 25% due one month before your wedding. All prices include VAT at 20%.
PLEASE NOTE: For all bookings we will also require an additional damages deposit to be paid one month prior to your wedding date of £1,000. This deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days of your wedding less any reductions if required for breakages, damage to the buildings or to the grounds, or excessive clean-up.
