What's included:
From 12pm the day before your wedding to 12pm the day after your wedding. The package includes:
- Exclusive use of the Manor, 20 acres of grounds and 40 acres of woodland for 48 hours.
- Choice of nine ceremony locations (including Ceremony Garden, Walled Garden, River Island, Cowyard Barn, Old Stables, Dining Room or Drawing Room).
- The Cowyard Barn and its adjacent courtyard for your reception dinner for up to 100 guests.
- A comprehensive drinks package including an extensive wine list and our staffed rustic pay bar in the Cowyard Barn (or a bar set up in your marquee) stocked with a tempting range of local beer, lager, cider, wines and soft drinks.
- Use of our Marquee Garden to hire in a bespoke marquee for your reception dinner for up to 350 guests (and access for them to set up the day before your hire starts and dismantle the day after).
- Luxurious self-catering accommodation inside the Manor for up 10 guests across 5 bedrooms including the Art Deco bridal suite (four doubles and one twin), and 3 bathrooms, with cloak room, Drawing Room, Dining Room, kitchen and utility room for two nights.
- Two nights FREE camping in our river meadows below the Manor for you and all of your guests, with showers and toilets.
- 15 hours of our time to work with you and your suppliers in the lead up to your wedding to help you organise your usage of the Manor, (including on the day management of your on-site ceremony if required).
- On-site point of contact throughout your hire.
- Tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception.
- Essential amenities such as parking, toilets for up to 150 guests, electricity, water, heating, waste collection and recycling.
What's not included:
- If you have more than 100 guests (or prefer for your reception to be in a marquee rather than the new Cowyard Barn) a bespoke marquee is required (which will come with tables, chairs, carpets, dancefloor, linings, heating, lighting etc).
- A caterer to provide your food (who would normally provide table linens, cutlery, crockery and glassware, and all the equipment to create a pop-up kitchen in the Cowyard Barn or marquee).
BOOKING PROCESS:
We will send you your paperwork in the post which will include our full terms and conditions for you to sign your agreement. We will request 25% of the hire as a non-refundable booking fee to secure your date. Return of signed terms and payment of 25% of the total hire fee within 7 days will secure your booking. We will then ask for a further 25% one year before your wedding, then another 25% six months before your wedding, with the final 25% due one month before your wedding. All prices include VAT at 20%.
PLEASE NOTE: For all bookings we will also require an additional damages deposit to be paid one month prior to your wedding date of £1,000. We aim to refund this within one week of your wedding less any reductions if required for breakages, damage to the buildings or to the grounds, or excessive clean-up.
