A FEW REMINDERS
Under our Main Wedding Package your hire period begins at 12pm the day before your wedding and you are welcome to arrive at any point from then to decorate and/or move in to the Manor, but NOT before.
Under our Mini Wedding Package your period of hire starts at 5pm the day before your wedding and the same rules apply.
Your hire of the Manor then ends at 12pm under the Main Wedding Package the day after your wedding (unless you have extended your hire), or 11am under the Mini Wedding Package. By this time the gardens and grounds must be cleared of all rubbish which should then be disposed of appropriately, all of your belongings and decoration must have been removed, you must have checked out of the Manor itself, and Pengenna essentially returned to the state in which it was when you arrived.
Your marquee supplier (if applicable) may arrive as early as two days before your wedding to erect your marquee, and come back two days after your wedding to dismantle it but NO earlier or later than this unless by special arrangement. All other suppliers MUST wait until the day before your wedding to arrive to set up at the earliest.
ALL drinks consumed on the premises MUST be purchased through us and this is a policy we will strictly enforce to protect our liability under the licensing act.
With regards to music for your wedding reception ALL music must end at midnight in the barns or marquee with no exceptions. Un-amplified music (acoustic or through an iPod speaker for example) can continue after midnight in the camping fields as long as it is kept at an acceptable (to the management) level.
